Blueberry Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing

A Refreshing Taste Of Summer

This blueberry lemon vinaigrette dressing recipe is so simple and requires no blender.  

You will only need a pan, a sieve, and a container for storing.


Ingredients:

2 cups   Frozen Blueberries 
3 tbsp   Lemon Juice  
1 1/2 tbsp   Splenda Brown Sugar
6 tbsp   Vegetable Oil
1/2 tsp   Paprika
1/2 tsp   Salt
1/2 tsp   Pepper


Directions:

Put blueberries and brown sugar in medium saucepan.

Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes, pressing the blueberries with the back of a spoon or spatula.  

Stir often.

The mixture will become like syrup.




Mix the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl.

Use a metal or plastic sieve to strain the blueberry mixture into the bowl with other ingredients.

Press the blueberries over and over with the back of a spoon or spatula until the entire mixture has passed through the sieve.




Stir mixture in bowl together until well blended.

Pour into storage container.

Will refrigerate.
