Lemon Sauce For Chicken Steak Pork Or Fish

Lemon Sauce Is Great During The Summer For Any Meat

It is getting hot out there!

A lot of time in the kitchen doesn't sound very appetizing.

This Lemon Sauce for Chicken Steak Pork or Fish recipe is both simple and refreshing!

 Ingredients:

6 Kroger lemons, juiced
1/2 cup oil
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp oregano
1/8 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp garlic powder (or 3 medium garlic cloves)

Directions:

(If using garlic powder skips this step)
Crush each garlic clove using the dull edge of a knife under your hand

The clove should fall out of the skin if you lightly squeeze on one end

Pour oil into saute pan

Saute garlic until the edges are brown

Combine all ingredients in large jar

Shake until liquids are well blended

Season to taste and use this lemon sauce for chicken steak pork or fish to bake or saute.

Refrigerate any leftovers

That's it!

This was a favorite of my grandmother's during the hot days of summer.

Thanks Grandma!

Happy 4th of July!!!
