This Brussel Sprouts Balsamic recipe will surely do that transition trick for everyone.

Ingredients:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Trim the stem and any dry leaves from each brussel sprout.
Stir all ingredients except the brussel sprouts together in a large bowl until well combined.
Add trimmed brussel sprouts to mixture and toss until evenly coated.
Place brussel sprouts onto a baking sheet.
Put into middle rack of oven.
Bake 35-40 minutes, shaking the pan every 5-10 minutes to keep the sprouts evenly browned.
Serve immediately.
