Chickpea & Avocado Toast

Break Toast


The day after a holiday deserves a break, even from the kitchen.

This Chickpea & Avocado Toast recipe will give you just that with a ton of nutrition, too!

It's so simple!


Ingredients:

1 ripe Avocado
1 can Bush's Best Chickpeas, drained and rinsed


Directions:

Mix ingredients together in a medium size bowl.




Mash avocado and chickpeas together until desired smoothness.





Spread on toasted bread.





That's it!!!
