Cranberry Sauce

Holiday Table Staple

It's the time of year when we see jellied cranberry sauce in a can on nearly every end cap and aisle inside of every grocery store.

Instead of grabbing that can of jelly to bring to your holiday party, surprise your party participants with this fabulous Cranberry Sauce recipe!

It's so easy and only takes about 20 minutes to make.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup water
1/2 cup Kroger Pecans Small Chips (optional)

Rinse cranberries thoroughly.

Put orange juice, water, and brown sugar in a large pot and bring to a boil ensuring all brown sugar has melted.

Add cranberries, vanilla, and nutmeg.

Bring back to boil.

Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add pecans (optional).

Remove from heat and let cool completely.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serves 8-10

That's it!
